Summary of interviews 2

Q: Behaviors of autistic children at school
A: 
1. Weaker emotional control.
2. Mostly alone and rarely interact with calssmates.
3. Repeated awkward behaviors.
4. Children with better ability in crtain fields speak differently with other students, and are easily misundertood.
5. Some autistic children are better in writing than speaking.
6. Often look down on the floor instaed of facing with other people, and have little eye contact. Even if they have eye contact, it usually is temporary and full of fear.
7. Screaming while losing conrol of their emotions.
8. Insist in getting answers for questions and therefore ask the same questions over and over again.
9. Dislike close contact and would want to escape when others are too close to them.
10. Have difficulties recognizing face, couldn't recognize their own classmates or teachers.
11. Extreme performance in school subjects. Might be talented for certain subjects.
12. Routine schedules, doing specific things at specific time and can't be changed.
13. Couldn’t react appropriately under some social circumstances, for example, repeating jokes told by certain teacher.
14. Insistent repetition, for example, insist that a teacher should keep a certain haircut.





Q:自閉症小孩在學校的行為表現

A: 
1.情緒控制能力較差
2.經常自己一個人少與同學互動
3.常反覆出現奇怪的動作
4.能力較好的孩子在與人說話時,說話的內容及用字與一般人不同,容易讓其他同學誤解
5.有些自閉症小孩書寫能力較口說能力佳
6.經常頭低低的看地板多,不常面向人,與人少有眼神接觸,
   即使有眼神接觸也十分短暫並看起來眼神充滿恐懼
7.情緒失控時多伴隨尖叫的行為
8.對於某些不了解的問題一定要獲得答案,以致於常常問相同的問題
9.不喜歡與人有太近距離接觸,有同學太靠近時會一直想躲開
10.有時候會有認人的困難,認不得自己的同學或老師
11.課業表現不平均,某些科目特別有天賦。
12.特定的時間必須做特定的事,不可被改變。
13.無法在適當的社會情境表現適當行為,如:不斷重複某老師說的笑話。
14.固著行為,如: 堅持教師必須保有某種髮型。
